Do you have any breakout rooms?

We have three barns available for use, depending on your need; we can open up additional Barns to be used as syndicate rooms.

Can I hire the whole building?

Yes, depending on your numbers and requirements for the day, Cooling Castle Barn can be used as an exclusive venue for your conference.

What is the maximum capacity for sit down dinner?

Within our Tithe Barn (which is the largest of the three barns), we can comfortably sit 160 for dinner.

What is your daily delegate rate?

This depends on what you would like included in your day, please have a look at the different packages we offer. If you require something a little unique, contact the office – who will be pleased to put together a personalised quote for you.

What accommodation do you have on site?

We have 15 luxury bedrooms available for guests, we can also arrange additional accommodation at a local hotel.
