Cheese Wedding Cake

For all cheese lovers out there, our chefs have created an exquiste Cheese Wedding Cake. Delicious cheeses weighing approximately 10 kilos will be displayed on our cake stand and decorated with juicy fresh fruit, walnuts, a selection of crackers and homemade pickles and chutneys. If you are not a fan of traditional wedding cake, this stunning display could be a fabulous alternative and talking point for your guests.

The cake shown here contains the following cheeses:

• Bottom Tier - Quickes Mature Farmhouse Cheddar
• Middle Tier - Colston Bassett, award winning Stilton
• Top Tier - Gubbeen semi hard Irish cheese

Alternatively, another good combination of cheeses for display are:

• Bottom Tier - Mrs Kirkhams Lancashire, lightly acidic and crumbly
• Middle Tier - Shropshire Blue Stilton, a good stilton with interesting orange colour
• Top Tier - Mull of Kintyre Cheddar

The cost of this addition to your day would be £355.00, we will of course fully prepare, construct and dismantle your cake - either for consumption on the day or for you to take away.
