Carvery Service
For something different and unusual why not consider having an individual table carvery to create interesting entertainment and interaction amongst your guests. You will need to nominate a designated guest as ‘chef’ from each table who will be provided with a chef’s hat, apron and carving accoutrements, in readiness for carving and serving the meat to the other dinner guests.
After the meat has been carved every table will be served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables for guests to add to their plates. One of our chef’s will assist any guest who is unwilling to participate or is struggling with the task.
The following delicious menus are available to choose from for the table carvery. For this style of service we are unable to offer two choices of main course, all guests will be served the joint of meat that you select. Please also note that the maximum number of guests that can be seated to a table for the carvery is 9, as the 10th place is for the meat platter.
